LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) - The La Crosse County Sheriff's Office put out a missing child notice for a 14 year old girl named Nabreigha Leggins. According to authorities, she was last seen March 14 and is believed to be in the La Crosse or Onalaska area. Nabreigha's hair was dyed blue and black when she was last seen.
