Hunter Joseph Conrad, 20 of Morristown, has pleaded not guilty to criminal vehicular homicide, careless driving, and failure to stop. Law enforcement says Conrad was using his cell phone and did not stop for a stop sign, causing a fatal collision at the intersection of 50th Street Northwest and North Cedar Avenue in Owatonna on May 28, 204.

    CLEAR LAKE, Iowa - A semi has crashed in a construction zone on Interstate 35 by Clear Lake. The Minnesota Department of Transportation says the semi is blocking the left shoulder of northbound I-35 between U.S. 18 and Exit 193: 4th Avenue South.
