    MANKATO, Minn. – Child pornography is sending a southern Minnesota man to prison. Roger Myron Yarger, 59 of Mankato, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of child porn on an electronic device. Seven additional counts of the same offense were dismissed as part of a plea deal. Yarger was arrested after his home was searched on January 18, 2024 by officers from the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office, Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office, and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

William Patrick Wyttenback, 53 of Dodge Center, is now set to stand trial starting August 11 for two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, second-degree criminal sexual conduct, and third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
