    The Leadership Institute at Purdue Northwest has been providing tomorrow's leaders with training for 49 cohorts. In 2024-2025, 38 graduates met eight times in eight months to build their leadership skills. “The LNI 49 cohort has proven to be one of the best so far,” said Mekisha Richardson, director of professional education of the Leadership Institute at Purdue University Northwest, in a press release.
