Spring rolls are the perfect plant-based starter or snack. Typical in Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine, spring rolls are wraps, often made from wheat or rice, that are filled with fresh veggies, noodles, and sometimes meat. You can usually buy spring roll wrappers at supermarkets with very simple instructions as to how to compile the spring rolls. The wonderful thing is that they are so versatile. You can pretty much fill them with whatever you wish.
