RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) -It’s called the single most-hated tax in Virginia. RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Another issue arose Thursday with how drinking water is treated in Richmond. “I totally understand kind of where people are at given the events of the last few months and everybody’s on edge anytime there’s anything going on with water,” said Richmond Mayor Danny Avula. Richmond City Hall posted on social media Thursday that there was a brief interruption in a system that deals with one of the pump stations and tanks.
