In honour of its 60th anniversary, Pizza Express has announced it will be rolling back prices to offer guests four classic pizzas for literally pennies. For one hour only, the beloved pizza chain will be returning to its 1965 prices, allowing diners to tuck into a few of its most iconic pizzas with prices starting as low as 33p. The deal will be available on Thursday 27 March from 5-6pm, and is set to include the Margherita (33p), the American (45p), La Reine (48p) and the American Hot (50p).

Saturday Kitchen chef, Matt Tebbutt, is rumoured to be replacing Gregg Wallace as co-host and judge on the next series of MasterChef, as well as its spin-off MasterChef: The Professionals. The chef and restaurateur is reportedly in talks with producers at the BBC, and would be joining long-time judge John Torrode for the next series of the show. Tebbut first rose to fame as a TV chef on Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped, before taking over from James Martin on the BBC’s Saturday Kitchen.

Discount supermarket chain, Lidl, has been granted permission by the High Court to build a pub inside one of its stores. This supermarket boozer will be found in the Dundonald store in County Down, just outside of Belfast. Plans for the development include a tap room in the back of the supermarket, which will seat around 45 customers, including a six-seat bar. Not only that, but there’ll be an off licence area, where customers will be able to buy drinks to take off the premises.
