The event is an important night every year for Mississippi journalists, as MAB announces the best-of-the-best across the state. SAUCIER, Miss. (WLOX) - A self-trained cake maker in Saucier is turning heads with his sweet creations. “Everybody can ride a bicycle, I ride mine on one wheel,” Russell Scott said. Russell Scott’s bikes are his cakes. “If someone calls and says ‘I want a cake that looks like a heart’, I’m like ‘Do you want your heart beating, do you want blood squirting out of it, how do you want your heart,’” Scott said. It’s hard to tell if many of Scott’s creative creations are actually cakes.
