    AUSTIN, Texas — The coldest air of the winter is likely to arrive in Central Texas for the middle and end of next week. Ahead of this Arctic blast, the KVUE Weather Team has now issued Weather Impact Alert Days for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. During this stretch, each morning will bring a hard freeze with air temperatures in the 20s and teens. A gusty north wind will drop feels like temperature to dangerous levels in the single digits and even below zero for some locations.
