The Los Angeles County Fair in Pomona is celebrating opening day Friday with discounted tickets and a new theme, “Art Unleashed”. ”The Fair has been a celebration of art for more than a century: home arts, culinary arts, visual arts, performing arts, fine arts. Restoration is underway on an iconic mural of Lakers legend Kobe Bryant and his daughter that was vandalized in downtown Los Angeles. The wall located on Main Street near West 14th Street, which served as a canvas for the mural depicting the late Hall of Famer kissing his daughter Gianna “Gigi” Bryant, was covered in black paint Wednesday, one day after it was seen vandalized by graffiti.

The shows are set to begin at 7:00 p.m., with doors opening at 5:00 p.m. and the parking lots opening at 4:00 p.m.Getting to the show:If you plan on driving to the stadium, purchasing a parking pass ahead of time is encouraged.
