This is season No. 4 in Section V flag football, the third that includes crowning of champions. That short amount of time makes it awkward to label any team's success as a dynasty, but there are teams to beat and programs who are leading the way in one of the fastest growing high school sports in the state. No team in Section V can match the two sectional titles won by Penfield. The Patriots have emerged on top of the group of teams from the largest schools, when it comes to student enrollment.
