The landlord of a much-loved pub has decided to step down, announcing big changes for the popular watering hole. At the time, he believed he was the youngest landlord in town, beating the landlord of The Windmill who was 26 when they took it over. The Mason Arms is described as a "hidden gem" by locals, as it boasts white-washed walls, ornate windows, one main room, with wooden panels and a roaring fire.
