'I can't imagine not using it after a long run'Running is arguably the best form of exercise you can do. It’s free, gets you outside in the fresh air and the ‘runners high’ you get after is such a great feeling. However, if, like me, you’re a frequent runner in your 30s, the aftermath can be quite painful. Sore knees, shin splints and stress fractures are all fairly common as we get older. I’ve tried different things to aid the post-run recovery - stretches, a massage gun and protein shakes.
