    Shiver me timbers! Plymouth Pirate Weekend is returning next month for another weekend of swashbuckling fun. There'll be entertainment and activities across Plymouth's waterfront all weekend. This year's event will stretch from the Barbican to West Hoe, from Millbay to Royal William Yard. Organisers say there will be something for all ages to enjoy, from street entertainers to story tellers, face painting, traditional shanty bands and the Gables Farm dog show.

Hannah Baldwin, 32, from Ivybridge was left being unable to use her right leg following a climbing accident at the age of 12. Things were made harder at 13 when Hannah was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, resulting in the majority of her time across her teens and twenties being spent in and out of hospital, unable to walk.
