STUART, Fla. — A Romanian woman is accused of being part of a nationwide 'short-change' scheme after her behavior was flagged at a Best Buy in Stuart. Officers with the Stuart Police Department (SPD) said they arrested Romanian national Stela Razmias in early May nearly five months after she deceptively "short changed" a Best Buy cashier $300 in Stuart. SPD says Razmias manipulated the cashier by concealing and reclaiming bills during the transaction.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The identities of the seven people arrested in a recent prostitution sting operation have been revealed. Patrick Burssens, Brandon Hernandez, Alfredo Sousa, Ikarl Whyte, Herman Castro, Rokanuddin Chowdhury and MD Rahman are being charged with one misdemeanor count of soliciting prostitution.

STUART, Fla. — An investigation is underway to determine how a teen patient at Coral Shores Behavioral Health in Stuart ended up dead. Martin County Sheriff's Office said Denzelle Sullivan, 17, was found by a nurse unresponsive inside a shower at the facility with the water running over the weekend. Martin County Sheriff's Office Sheriff John Budensiek said upon the discovery, the nurse contacted 911.
