    STUART, Fla. — A Romanian woman is accused of being part of a nationwide 'short-change' scheme after her behavior was flagged at a Best Buy in Stuart. Officers with the Stuart Police Department (SPD) said they arrested Romanian national Stela Razmias in early May nearly five months after she deceptively "short changed" a Best Buy cashier $300 in Stuart. SPD says Razmias manipulated the cashier by concealing and reclaiming bills during the transaction.

Martin County Sheriff's Office said Denzelle Sullivan, 17, was found by a nurse unresponsive inside a shower at the facility with the water running over the weekend. Martin County Sheriff's Office Sheriff John Budensiek said upon the discovery, the nurse contacted 911.
