Delray Beach, Florida-based real estate firm Kolter Urban closed on a 4.7-acre parcel at 102 West Paces Ferry Road on March 25, a spokesperson for the firm told Atlanta Business Chronicle. Kolter paid $38 million for the property.

A transformative mixed-use project aimed to introduce hundreds of new affordable housing units continues to trek along on Atlanta’s Westside. The city of Atlanta, Atlanta Housing and affordable housing developer Pennrose have finalized financing for the third phase of Herndon Square, a multi-year effort to redevelop the 12-acre site formerly home to the Herndon Homes public housing community along Northside Drive near Downtown. The group did not disclose how much money was secured in financing.
