Shangri-La, on the southern tip of Monkey Island on Grand Lake, is again a regional destination after his investment of more than $75 million. Rejoice Christian School in Owasso expanded its 65-acre campus with a new high and middle school building thanks to a $50 million gift from the Eddy Gibbs Family Trust.
