    The Eagle Ridge Academy robotics team is Texas-bound to compete against students from around the world. Eagle Ridge Academy, a charter school in Minnetonka near the boundaries of Hopkins and Edina, turned in a winning performance at the Granite City Regional competition in St. Cloud. The April 2-5 event invited teams and their robots to compete against each other individually and as a team. For the playoffs, the top eight teams selected two other teams to form an alliance.

    The Minnetonka School Board is continuing to explore ways it can incorporate student voice as part of its decision-making process. "We're laying the foundation for ways that we involve students across the district.
