There is no doubt now. Hamilton County has our backs in stadium negotiations with the Cincinnati Bengals. The county's firing of attorney Tom Gabelman on Thursday was long overdue. The yearslong questions about whether he represented the best interests of the county in stadium negotiations are over. It took an outsider with a fresh perspective, an elected leader not beholden to old-guard Cincinnati, to make this decision.
