Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse’s first primetime matchup of the season was announced Thursday as the Orange will host UNC in a Friday night game on Halloween, the ACC announced Thursday. The ACC also announced Syracuse’s games against Connecticut and Colgate will both be televised on the ACC NetworkThe Orange will host UConn at noon on Sept. 6 and will have a Friday night kickoff the next week against Colgate at 7 p.m. ET.

Listed at six feet, five inches, the Miami Northwestern (Florida) product is ranked as the fourth-best wide receiver in the Class of 2026. He will choose between Syracuse, UNC, LSU, Florida, Miami, Oregon, Michigan and Florida State.

Syracuse, N.Y. — Four-star wide receiver Messiah Hampton has listed Syracuse in the list of seven schools he will choose from, according to On3. Hampton, who plays for Rochester’s James Monroe, is currently ranked as the top player in New York. He will choose between Syracuse, Miami, Penn State, Oregon, Georgia, Michigan and Ohio State on June 13 when he announces his commitment live from Monroe.

Syracuse, N.Y. — Four-star defensive back C.J. Hester has named Syracuse in his top six school, he told On3’s Hayes Fawcett. Hester will visit Florida, Georgia, Syracuse, Miami and Iowa one more time in June before announcing his commitment on July 1, he told Syracuse.com. Hester completed his final visit with Auburn last week and will be in Syracuse from June 6-8.

Syracuse, N.Y. — The ACC Network will air Authentic ACC: Syracuse Spring Football on May 22, Syracuse announced Tuesday. The show will run for one hour and serve as an all-access look into Syracuse’s Pro Day, 15 spring practices and spring game from 2025. Syracuse had the option of allowing the ACC Network to air its spring game, host a 30-minute studio show at a spring practice or allowing Thursday’s behind-the-scenes show.
