Global, the auctioneer/data provider; as well as equipment rental firms United Rentals, Sunstate Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, Herc Rentals and its corporate parent Herc Holdings and H&E Equipment Services, alleging all of them colluded to increase rental prices for construction equipment.
