In this region, the USDA canceled a $250,000 food order to Chester County Food Bank, and an estimated $525,000 food order to Philabundance effective April 1.

LOWER OXFORD — Approximately 400 students graduated from Lincoln University on Sunday with Maryland Gov. Wes Moore delivering the commencement address. “I am honored to stand among you,” Moore said. “This is your day.”Thousands of people were in attendance for Lincoln’s 166th commencement ceremony.
