Delota Corp. (CSE: NIC) reported year-over-year revenue growth of 18% for the 12-month period that ended Jan. 31, primarily driven by direct-to-consumer sales through its 180 Smoke stores and online platform. The company announced in January that it was shifting the end of its fiscal year to March 31 from Jan. 31, meaning fiscal year 2025 will have 14 months. Delota reported total revenue of C$40.2 million for the 12-month period, compared to C$34.1 million for the previous year.

California-based WM Technology (Nasdaq: MAPS), the parent company of Weedmaps, reported net income of $5.3 million for the third quarter that ended Sept. 30, a strong reversal of the $2.3 million loss reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue fell slightly to $46.6 million compared to last year’s $46.7 million but higher than the $44 million the company forecasted at the end of the second quarter.

The California Department of Cannabis Control revoked the license of K.U.S.H. Collective for engaging in “activity that poses harm to public health, safety or welfare,” the agency said in a letter to the company’s owners. The license revocation is effective as of Oct. 15.

Michigan’s regulated cannabis industry hit a record sales high in August, but fortunes reversed in September, with a 10% decline from the previous month. The state’s Cannabis Regulatory Agency reported total legal cannabis sales of $266.9 million for September, with adult-use sales accounting for $265.9 million of that total. The latest figure is also down 3% from September 2023, when sales of $274.7 million were recorded.
