    PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — After police declared a riot amid a protest the night before, demonstrators are back outside the Portland ICE building on Sunday and have set up more tents in the area. Federal agents have since reinforced the building’s doors with additional material, as they were smashed in during prior clashes with protesters. Demonstrators have also marked tents, which have been out overnight on private property, noting they’d been contaminated by tear gas.
