GREENFIELD, Wis. — Missing memories at gravestones. It's the reality for one cemetery off of 27th and Howard in Greenfield. TMJ4 first learned about this story from a search warrant filed by Greenfield Police. In the warrant, it details thieves stealing brass vases from Arlington Park Cemetery. "It's just unbelievable that somebody would stoop that low to do something like that. I just can't get over it," Carrie Kollatz said.

MILWAUKEE — Neighbors in Milwaukee are raising concerns about utility assistance ending. "I might get assistance, but it might not be enough to help me as far as my bill," resident JoAnn Johnson said. Johnson is one of the 155,000 households in Wisconsin that receives assistance to keep the lights on. It's part of the federal program, that as of two weeks ago, fired all its employee. Johnson has been using the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) for 40 years.

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — On Thursday night, Milwaukee Public School and Milwaukee Health Department leaders held a town hall for parents whose kids attend the buildings where high lead levels have been found. "I think the district has a ways to go with transparency and earning back our trust with some commitments," parent Casey, said in the town hall. Concerns raised Thursday night stuck around as frustrations with parents grew on Friday.

RACINE, Wis. — On Monday, Jaqaijha Oliver reached out to TMJ4 saying her basement was flooded and her water heater was out. "I cannot use my heat at all because it smells like sewage and feces," she said. She lives in a housing assistance program in Racine. "Everything is ruined," Oliver said. Water stained boxes, soaking wet bags of clothes, and a lingering smell of sewage overwhelm Oliver's basement. "Being in this environment, I just feel like it's not good," Oliver said.
