Among their concerns is how close the energy storage facility is to the community's only school campus.     AUSTIN, Texas — We're learning new details about a KVUE Defenders national theft ring investigation that has hit Central Texas. That crime ring involves renting heavy equipment from Home Depot locations and selling them in an online marketplace. Court documents reveal that one of the suspects, Willy Tandongfor, told authorities around 30 people are part of this crime ring.
