    If you have travel plans, take notice: The deadline to begin requiring REAL IDs at U.S. airports has arrived. As of Wednesday, every air traveler 18 years of age and older will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or identification card, or another TSA-acceptable form of identification, for domestic air travel and to enter certain federal facilities. The new ID meets the federal standard and is characterized in Massachusetts by a gold star placed on the top right of the license.
