An eight-month long investigation into a deadly crash revealed the drivers were high on methamphetamines. Oklahoma County prosecutors charged two men for causing the crash at a busy intersection in Northwest Oklahoma City last September. The woman who died was the passenger of William Hickman, 44, who the Oklahoma County District Attorney charged this week with one count of first-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence and possession of methamphetamine.

Oklahoma City police released new details on Tuesday on a three-car crash that killed a 75-year-old woman last week. Bob Mills Sky News 9 flew over the scene in Northwest Oklahoma City. Police said the driver responsible for the crash was speeding and had signs of impairment. The department's Signal 30 Unit completed and released that crash report this week. Their investigation could lead to charges against the driver accused of killing the woman.

Court documents are revealing the suspect’s motive in an officer-involved stabbing in Edmond last week. Police arrested 22-year-old Ocean Hudson at the scene last Thursday after he attacked Officer Caleb Hodam with pepper spray and stabbed him twice. The suspect was due in court in Canadian County the day of the attack for charges of lewd acts with a child and possession of child pornography. Court documents noted Hudson wanted to die by suicide by cop.

A metro family is upset after learning the man accused of killing their loved one will soon be a free man. Elias Estrada, 40, is charged in the 2024 hit-and-run death of a man riding a bicycle in southeast Oklahoma City. The victim's family was informed last week that the Oklahoma County District Attorney's office planned to dismiss charges against the accused hit-and-run driver. Estrada was set to go to trial Monday morning. It has been heartbreak after heartbreak for the family of Carlos Lewis.
