    A federal discrimination suit accusing the Boston Athletic Association and the city of Newton of targeting a running group led by women of color was cleared to move forward on Thursday. The TrailblazHers filed the suit last year, claiming they were subjected to racial profiling and harassment at the cheer section the group set up at mile 21 of the 2023 race.
