    SHELBY COUNTY, Ind. -An evacuation order has been placed for portions of Shelbyville and Shelby County ahead of expected flooding this weekend. According to a joint news release from the Shelby County Sheriff's Office, the Shelbyville Fire Department and the Shelby County Emergency Management Agency, the order is for "low-lying areas and areas prone to flooding" in the city of Shelbyville and Shelby County. The order went into effect just after 1 p.m. on Friday.

    WESTFIELD, Ind. - The city of Westfield is planning a record amount of road construction this summer. City officials have more than $42 million of work planned. Two of the biggest projects are along 161st Street. Mayor Scott Willis said the city is turning 161st Street and Spring Mill Road into a roundabout. "People running red lights, people turning when they shouldn't turn. Constantly people pulling out in front of you," said Linda Henson, who lives in Hamilton County.

In Shelby County… 26 people and pets were stranded at the Walnut Grove Campgrounds off north London Road. 19 of the 26 were rescued. The others decided to stay behind. Those who left are being housed at the Red Cross emergency shelter at the Shelby county fairgrounds. @FOX59 https://t.co/E3JFmqikop
