NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A law requiring the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) to identify how many sober people are arrested for DUIs, and which police agencies arrested them, is now law. Governor Bill Lee signed Senate Bill 1166 into law late last week. Senator Raumesh Akbari (D-Memphis) sponsored the bill.
