The proposed, nearly 70-mile transmission line, which would run through Baltimore, Carroll and Frederick Counties, has been a topic of debate for months, as Public Service Enterprise Group tries to get the line up and running.

A Baltimore City Schools parent is calling for answers, and increased supervision at Fallstaff Elementary and Middle School in Baltimore, after her 6-year-old walked out of the school and wandered to Reisterstown Road Plaza. Belinda Curry said her son Liam was supposed to go to an after-school program last week, but said Liam decided not to, leaving the school to go home instead. Curry said she believes he took a wrong turn, and ended up at the shopping center instead.
