It's been nearly three weeks since a judge heard arguments related to the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project, and so far, a ruling has yet to be issued. Attorneys representing Public Service Enterprise Group, the developers of the nearly 70-mile transmission line, which would run through Baltimore, Carroll and Frederick Counties, and the attorneys representing landowners presented their arguments about whether or not private properties can be accessed to complete necessary surveys.

As concerns continue to mount about the Department of Juvenile Services (DJS), Governor Wes Moore said he is confident in the team to "get the job done."As examples of juvenile crime persist, State's Attorneys, law enforcement and lawmakers have called for DJS Secretary Vincent Schiraldi to resign. "I think we need to say the system is broken, the person sitting in the top seat inside of that system needs to go," Baltimore County Delegate Ryan Nawrocki said.
