    PERRYSBURG, Ohio (WJW) — A 24-year-old man was arrested after authorities said he pretended to be a high school student for over a year in Perrysburg. He even played on two sports teams. Anthony Labrador-Sierra, 24, is facing felony charges of forgery. Credit: Wood County Sheriff’s OfficeHe attended Perrysburg High School for a year and a half. Police said a few years ago, he told the school he was a homeless 16-year-old.

    FREMONT, Ohio (WJW) — A 5-year-old girl who was missing after a Sunday evening train accident in Fremont was found dead on Monday, authorities said. A toddler believed to be her sister remains in critical condition at an Ohio hospital, authorities said. Fremont police on Monday returned to the scene of the train accident, which also killed two women believed to be the girls’ mother and grandmother.

Police officers were downtown preparing on Friday morning, setting up and reading all the names of the fallen officers. They’re expected to read the names at a memorial service at the Peace Officer’s Memorial at the end of the parade.
