    CLEVELAND (WJW) – A famed bar and restaurant on the waterfront in the Flats is being rejuvenated by more than a $1 million renovation project. A new building permit is posted on the front door of the former location for Shooters on the Water, a heralded location that closed recently. The permit shows renovations are moving forward. The permit states that the footprint will stay the same. The original bathrooms and bar will be rebuilt and crews are working to repair the deck, among other repairs.
