KENNEWICK, Wash. -- UPDATE: 2:30 P.M.: KPD said the suspect involved in the shooting Wednesday morning surrendered just before 1 p.m. According to police, there was a SWAT standoff at the suspects residence in the 6700 block of West Kennewick Avenue from about 9 a.m. to just after 1 p.m.Police said SWAT used flashbangs and drones to get the suspect to surrender. UPDATE: KPD said shots were fired Wednesday morning and no injuries have been reported.

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- UPDATE: KPD said shots were fired Wednesday morning and no injuries have been reported. Police said the public is not in danger but is suggested to stay away from the area. According to KPD, people who live in the area may hear loud bangs from Noise Flash Diversionary Devices (NFDD) but there is no need to worry. Police said homes and apartment units in the area have been evacuated. Law enforcement is expected to be in the area for at least two more hours.

WHITE SWAN, Wash. — The lockdown at White Swan High School has been lifted. It went into lockdown earlier due to a suspect in the area, who was wanted in connection to a stolen car case. The suspect has been found and arrested, according to Casey Schilperoot with the Yakima County Sheriff's Office. YCSO says Wapato Police located a stolen car at 6:54 a.m. The driver in the stolen car rammed into a police car, a police chase ensued, which led into White Swan.

RICHLAND, Wash. - The 17th annual Clot Trot is taking place Sat. April 13 at Howard Amon Park in Richland. This is a fun run/walk to raise awareness for Hemophilia and other types of blood disorders. Hemophilia is a condition when someone's blood doesn't clot properly when they bleed. According to Mayo Clinic, with hemophilia bleeding can go on for a period of time after an injury and in some cases, can even raise the risk of bleeding internally.

(3:18 in)Located at 3500 W. Court Street, the facility is where the Pasco Post Office is, but the post office has expanded to better serve the Tri-Cities area with mail delivery. The Pasco Sorting & Delivery Center (S&DC) is one of the first of 31 facilities to open across the country.
