(WPHL) — A Bucks County Police officer has been arrested after he allegedly deceived an elderly woman into signing her last will and testament in an attempt to gain control of her more than $500,000 estate. Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn announced charges against 59-year-old Carlito Cortez, who worked part-time for both the Langhorne Borough Police Department and the Yardley Borough Police Department.

(WPHL) — One person is dead and two are recovering in the hospital after a triple shooting occurred in Philadelphia’s Fairhill section. According to police, the shooting occurred just before 4 a.m. at the intersection of Hope and West Cambria streets. Investigators tell PHL17 a 42-year-old man was found in the driver’s seat of a parked pick-up with a gunshot wound to his head. A 49-year-old man was in the passenger seat of the car with multiple gunshot wounds.
