GREEN BAY, Wis. (WGBW) – The threat for damaging high winds, large hail and heavy downpours sweeps across the state with a severe thunderstorm watch issued. A cold front is pushing into the hot and humid airmass and lifting strong storms. It started around lunch on Monday, when a Severe Thunderstorm Watch was issued for good chunk of Wisconsin. By 2 p.m., high winds whipped and did some damage in severe warned thunderstorms on Monday June 23.

IOWA COUNTY, Wis (WRCO / WRCE) – A tractor accident in Iowa County was fatal over the weekend. At approximately 12:30 Sunday afternoon, emergency responders were dispatched to a rural property near State Highway 80 and County Highway BH for a report of a tractor rollover. A male victim had been operating a tractor equipped with a mowing attachment on a steep hillside. During mowing operations, the tractor lost traction on the incline, sliding down the hill and overturning.
