    U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials said they arrested and detained a Newberg man with a criminal record, but the Yamhill County District Attorney's Office said man has never been charged. Moises Sotelo-Casas is currently being held at the ICE detention facility in Tacoma. According to the Department of Homeland Security, he's accused of having been charged with driving under the influence. However, Yamhill County District Attorney Kate Lynch said prosecutors never charged him.
