Pomona has agreed to pay $2.5 million to settle a lawsuit filed by two former ranking police officers who alleged they were relegated to manual labor and menial duties even after they were fully reinstated to the force following their acquittal in separate criminal trials. Retired Cpl. Chad Jensen, 58, received $525,000 and retired Sgt. Michael Neaderbaomer, 57, received $725,000.
