    JONESBORO — The Arkansas State Crime Lab determined in a preliminary report that the shooter in Sunday morning's fatal incident did in fact turn the weapon on himself, according to the Jonesboro police.     JONESBORO — About 40 people gathered Tuesday to continue efforts to help people in Northeast Arkansas who are dealing with substance abuse, mental health issues or homelessness, according to Jonesboro Police Chief Rick Elliott.     JONESBORO — District Judge Tommy Fowler let stand a $3 million temporary cash bond Wednesday for a Jonesboro man charged with selling pills to a Memphis woman who died March 5 of an overdose. Fowler found probable cause to charge Randy Joe Coaker, 38, of the 5600 block of Harrisburg Road, with homicide – aggravated death by delivery, an unclassified felony with the potential punishment of 20-60 years or life in prison.
