‍DALLAS – Breeze Airways (MX), the premium leisure carrier known for its “Seriously Nice” service, is expanding its Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) offering with new nonstop routes to Akron-Canton, Ohio, and Wilmington, N.C., beginning this November. Service to Wilmington will operate on Mondays and Fridays starting November 7. Akron-Canton flights will run Wednesdays and Saturdays, with BreezeThru (no plane change) service on Mondays and Fridays beginning November 5.

‍DALLAS — Miami International Airport (MIA) has welcomed back its Avianca (AV) lounge for the first time since 2020, but with a modern twist—it now operates as a joint venture with TAP Air Portugal (TP), a first for the airlines. The lounge space was originally AV’s and operated from 2015 to 2020. After a four-year hiatus, Global Lounge completely renovated the lounge from October 2024 through March 2025.
