29-year-old driver was arrested for DUI after head-on crash. NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – The driver in head-on crash on Mineral Spring Avenue in North Providence was arrested for driving under the influence. 29-year-old Dino Colaluca, of North Providence, was arrested for DUI/DUI refusal. On Thursday evening, Colaluca was involved in a head-on crash with one other vehicle after he drove into the opposite lanes of traffic.

2,360 grams of cocaine, 1,364 grams of fentanyl, 33 firearms, multiple high-capacity magazines, hundreds of rounds of ammunition and more than $100,000 were seized in a large drug bust in Bristol County. BOSTON, Mass. (WLNE) – Sixteen suspected fentanyl and cocaine distributors have been charged following a large drug trafficking bust in Southeastern Massachusetts.

(WLNE) – Hundreds of nails were found on roads and in driveways in Falmouth this morning. Overnight a Falmouth Police officer patrolling John Parker Road found nails lining the street on John Parker Road. The nails were left in an upward position ready to pierce tires driving down the street. Police and DPW collected a total of 478 nails.

(WLNE) – A motorcyclist was charged with reckless driving after traveling at a high rate of speed down Route 1 in South Kingstown. An officer using a handheld LIDAR unit recorded 32-year-old Paul A. Pereira Monteiro¬† Jr, of Lincoln, traveling at 101-miles-per-hour and weaving in and out of traffic.
