For more than four decades, the kicker has been something many Oregon tax payers look forward to every two years. I was lucky to call Wheels a friend. He loved pro wrestling and what a blast to watch pay-per-views with the incredibly talented voice of the Blazers. It was tough to see him suffer in recent years and I sincerely hope is at peace. Such a HUGE heart. I’ll miss you Wheels ❤️
