LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- With just more than two weeks to go until the 151st running of the Kentucky Derby, Churchill Downs is buzzing with activity as construction crews race to finish new additions to the historic track. LA GRANGE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Some Oldham County residents are concerned with how they say county's jail is dealing with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and its handling of illegal immigrates. Emergency officials say water levels have yet to crest. “This is about a foot lower than what we saw in 1997,” said Jeff True, Director of Jefferson County, Indiana Emergency Management.

BROWNSTOWN, Ind. (WDRB) --  Flooding in Jackson County, Indiana, is not uncommon, but recent storms have brought the worst flooding the area has seen in decades. As waters rise, airboats have become a vital tool for rescuing people stranded by the floods. “It’s the only one here for Indiana Conservation officers in the entire county,” said Blake Everhart, an officer with the Department of Natural Resources, as he described the county’s airboat.
