(WAVE) - In the Commonwealth of Kentucky, parents of children with special needs because of severe health conditions are supposed to get help if they are granted what's called a "waiver."Waivers get them access to Kentucky Medicaid programs that help with a wide variety of care and living assistance. In my last report on this subject, Jeremy Haydon qualified for all the waivers he supposedly needed for his son Andrew.

Also, my mom and son taking care of me."She had a pain pump surgically implanted to deliver regulated amounts of narcotic medication directly into her spinal fluid. "It helped a lot," Esters said.

(WAVE) - There is so much video of damage and the storm moving through our area Tuesday, but nothing tops the video of a tornado crossing the roadway right in front of a man with his kids in the vehicle along I-265 in southern Indiana. Ethan Williams with his eight and ten year old children aboard his F-150 never set out to be a storm chaser. He was just trying to get home when all these vehicles were stopped. He knew a tornado was coming.
