Arkansas taxpayers hammered by storms, tornadoes and floods now have until Nov. 3 to file a variety of individual and business tax returns and make payments, according to the Internal Revenue Service. The Federal Emergency Management Agency declared that all Arkansas businesses and those who reside or have households in the state qualify for tax relief because of recent weather disasters in the state.
