    An Allentown man faces up to 60 years in prison after admitting to the 2020 armed robbery and fatal shooting of a man on the Hamilton Street Bridge in broad daylight that was captured on video. Jose Santiago, 42, on Wednesday pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and conspiracy to commit robbery in the killing of Christian Lopez-Rodriguez, 21. Santiago entered the plea before Lehigh County Judge Anna-Kristie Marks. The plea was open, meaning there was no agreed upon sentence.
