    I appreciate Mr. Alimi and his team's efforts to reduce the number of housing units from fourteen to ten and addressing the associated storm water runoff. (I remain skeptical of the storm water systems effectiveness.)However, this is not my (or my neighbors) only concern regarding this proposal. Housing density, street safety and infrastructure are. In 1974, there were 22 housing units on Abbott Avenue. In 2024, today, there are 33 housing units.
