Three Greater Cincinnati areas were labeled immigration "sanctuary jurisdictions" by the Trump administration, and at least two suburban Republican-dominated counties are unhappy and confused about it. Warren County Sheriff Barry K. Riley, who began his first term in January, said he found out the county was on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's list of "Sanctuary Jurisdictions Defying Federal Immigration Law" early on May 30.
