Bauerle Road Land LLC, represented by Toby Easterly, bought the land from Heritage Acquisition Company LLC for $5 million, according to an agreement filed Tuesday with the Ascension Parish Clerk of Court’s office. George Walker represented the seller in the transaction. The land is part of the Village at Conway Phase 1-B off of La. 44, between Lakehaven Drive and Conway Village Boulevard, according to the sales documents.

    The property housing Agave Blue Tequila & Taco Bar in the Heritage Crossing mixed-use development has been sold. Rubmaro Heritage LLC, represented by Agavo Blue co-owner Sergio Rubio, acquired it from Heritage Partners LLC for $2.6 million, according to a sale filed last week with the Ascension Parish Clerk of Court’s Office. Ronnie Daigle and Miles Holley represented the seller in the transaction.

Tenants in Phase I include Library Wine & Provisions, Cypress Physical Therapy, Distilled Luxe Boutique, Distilled Hair Co. & Salon, Faithful Friends Animal Hospital and Mitch Mula – State Farm. Construction of Phase II is complete and available for lease.

    A nearly 300-unit apartment complex in Gonzales has new ownership. California real estate firm Griffin Capital bought the Oaks at Riverbend apartment complex property on St. Francis Parkway near South Burnside Avenue from The Waters at Heritage LLC for an undisclosed amount, according to a deal filed last week with the Ascension Parish Clerk of Court’s office. Griffin Capital CFO Daniel Snell represented the buyer. Stoa Group CEO Toby Easterly represented the seller.

    Global real estate firm CBRE recently enhanced its Louisiana presence by adding a Baton Rouge office with a nine-person team. The team is led by industry veterans Ty Gose and Michael Cashio, who joined CBRE as senior vice presidents. The office, located on Siegen Lane near the intersection of Highland Road, opened May 5. Gose and Cashio have a combined 33 years of experience in commercial brokerage at NAI Latter & Blum.
