    IMPERIAL— Turning Point Men’s Home celebrated its 30th anniversary helping men with life-controlling problems, Friday evening, April 11, at the Imperial Fairground’s Casa de Mañana Building. The festivities included a banquet, testimonies, an alumni introduction, praise team music, fundraising, and a silent auction. Norman Chandler, director and pastor of Turning Point Men’s Home, welcomed the alumni, board of directors, volunteers, family members, and guests.

    IMPERIAL— Faith Academy students displayed 98 pieces of artwork for parents, families, and teachers on Friday, March 14, at the Student Center, 320 S. J St., along Highway 111 in Imperial. Students’ artwork included paintings, watercolors, sculptures, oil pastels, LEGO bricks, and other media to express creativity. Students in kindergarten through eighth grade participated in this school-wide art project.
